Start with the symptom
Leaks, displaced materials, recurring ponding and visible storm damage each point to a different inspection path. Record where and when the problem appears, then share safe photos and any known roof or permit history.

The right recommendation depends on roof age, material, leak history, deck condition, code requirements and how much useful life remains. Durion starts by inspecting the visible conditions and explaining whether a targeted repair or broader replacement makes practical sense.
Roof planning
Leaks, displaced materials, recurring ponding and visible storm damage each point to a different inspection path. Record where and when the problem appears, then share safe photos and any known roof or permit history.
Roof covering, underlayment, flashing, penetrations, drainage, deck condition and transitions to the building all influence the recommendation. A visible symptom should be checked in context before a repair or replacement scope is selected.
When both repair and replacement are possible, compare the affected area, roof age, material condition, leak history and number of failure points. The goal is a clear scope based on the property rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.
Actual DURION project photography
These photos from DURION’s project collection show a low-slope roof and its surface, seam and perimeter details. They document site conditions during the work; ask Richard about the project scope and roof system for your property.

Homeowner program resource
Ask DURION about an estimate for eligible hurricane mitigation improvements. Eligible homeowners apply through the official My Safe Florida Home program. Grant approval is required before work begins; only inspection-recommended, program-approved improvements qualify.
Eligible work may include opening protection, roof-to-wall attachments, roof-deck attachments and secondary water resistance. This program is separate from construction loans and roof financing. Check the official program for current eligibility, application status and funding information.
Next step
Request an inspection before committing to a scope. Durion will review the visible condition and explain the next step.
